An actual post!

I know, I know, it's been awhile.  Life around here has been pretty nuts so far this summer. I quit my job (well, took a leave of absence), was working on starting my own business, went on a family vacation, tutored two kiddos with reading, got a new job, oh, and then there's the three boys that call me Mom (or "Mama" as the twins do). Things are always hopping!

In the interest of getting back in the swing of blogging, I decided just to put up a simple post with two photos of the twins. They turned 11 months old yesterday. I can't believe that they'll be 1 in less than a month.

Both boys are crawling like pros. You would never guess that Parker started a full month after Ben. They both have 4 teeth (2 top and 2 bottom) and are pulling themselves up and "cruising" along the furniture. As a general rule, Ben is more laid back and easygoing, while Parker is a little more attention seeking and animated.

Ben loves round things: balls, wheels, etc. Parker likes books, faces and bright colors. They both LOVE Cheerios and yogurt. We are working on finger foods and getting the boys to feed themselves.  If you have any advice, please pass it on!
